Please note that to use this service you must be the only person required to authorise payments on your bank account; payment is only taken when you request a top-up. Please note that Mi-Pay Ltd will only debit your bank account if you request a pre-pay top-up. If you cancel our Direct Debit instruction in the future you will no longer be able to purchase on your Mi-Pay Limited account until you supply alternate bank details.

As a security measure, we also need details of your credit or debit card. Mi-Pay Limited will send a request to your card company to authorise the use of the card. Payments will be taken from your bank account by Direct Debit rather than card as the default payment mechanism.
